No Returns & No Refunds
At Style Loft, we maintain a strict No Returns and No Refunds policy. Once a purchase is made, it cannot be returned for a cash refund, store credit, or reverse payment.
We encourage you to review your cart, sizes, and product choices carefully before finalizing your order.
Exchange-Only Policy (Damaged Items)
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged during transit. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preferences.
How to Eligible for an Exchange:
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
The product must have arrived damaged or defective.
The issue must be reported within 24 hrs of delivery.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Request an Exchange
If your product arrived damaged, please follow these steps to initiate an exchange:
Contact Us: Email our support team at styleloftshop21@gmail.com within 24 hrs of receiving your package.
Provide Proof: In your email, include your Order Number, a brief description of the damage, and clear photos or a short video showing the defect/damage.
Review: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item.
Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the damaged item, we will ship out a brand-new replacement product at no extra cost to you.
Note: If the exact item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit or allow you to choose an alternative product of equal value.
Shipping Costs
For Damaged Items: Style Loft will cover the shipping costs associated with returning the damaged item and sending out the replacement.
Unapproved packages sent back to us without prior communication will not be accepted.
